What we collect and why
Enquiry basket — your basket is kept only in your own browser. When you tap “Send on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your list, name and any notes, and you send it to us yourself; WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own terms. We use it only to reply about your order.
Map — the small map on our home page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Enquiries — the details and message you send through the contact form, used only to reply. Kept for up to 12 months.
Render Visualiser — the house photo you upload (resized, with location and camera data removed) and the finish and colour you choose. To create the preview, the photo and choices are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI). Photos and previews are stored privately, viewable only through private expiring links, and deleted after 30 days.
Renderer directory — the business details renderers send us. Once approved, the business name, contact name, phone, email, website, areas and work types are shown publicly on this website.
Security — we keep short-lived, anonymised (hashed) IP records to stop abuse of the forms and the visualiser. This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help run this website: hosting and storage (Netlify), email delivery (Resend) and AI previews (OpenAI). Couriers receive what they need to deliver your order. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us on 01268 519447 · sales@nerendersupplies.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
